A care guide serves as a comprehensive resource that accompanies patients through their specific treatment pathways within a hospital or municipal healthcare setting.

It provides ongoing, tailored information relevant to the patient's treatment plan, including details of upcoming appointments, associated preparation instructions, and logistical information. Additionally, the care guide facilitates direct communication with the relevant healthcare departments.

Access to your personal care guide is contingent upon notification from the hospital or municipality indicating that your guide is ready, along with instructions to download the Emento app.

For patients undergoing multiple concurrent treatments, the app allows seamless switching between different care guides associated with each course of treatment.

You create a secure profile using MitID and can log in via Face ID, Touch ID, or username and PIN for convenient access.

The care guide comprises four core functions:

• Appointments: An overview of scheduled appointments, including date, time, location, and purpose, such as surgeries or consultations.
• Tasks: Preparatory and follow-up activities designed to ensure patient readiness. For example, reading about anesthesia precautions before an operation. All content is developed by the respective hospital or municipality.
• Info: General informational resources covering addresses, parking options, contact numbers, and other logistical details.
• Messages: A communication feature enabling direct correspondence with healthcare staff within the hospital or municipal services.
